Appointments/Inquiries

If you wish to make an appointment, please call the number listed below (in Japanese only). Since the patients with appointments will be prioritized, it is recommended to book an appointment by the day before your preferred date of consultation (except Sundays and public holidays).

※Patients who require urgent care will be prioritized regardless of appointments.

※If you are not enrolled in Japan's National Health Insurance, please see "For International Patients" page.

      What to Bring
      Health insurance card (including the Latter-Stage Elderly Healthcare Insurance Card and other certificates)
      Please bring the following if available
      A referral letter or other documents from your primary doctor Information sheet of your medications etc.

      if you are visiting our hospital without a referral letter, you are required to pay 2,000 JPY (+tax) in addition to the initial consultation fee based on the “special or specified medical care coverage.

    You will be asked about your condition by a nurse with the medical questionnaires. A doctor will be assigned after your symptoms are checked.

    Payment/Next Appointment

    Please go to the reception window 1-4 and receive a number slip for payment.
    And, if necessary, we will arrange your next visit.

    Payment

    Your number will be displayed on the monitor once your bill is ready. If your number shows up, please use the automated payment machine to make a payment.

    If you wish to pay with a credit card or debit card (some cards may not be accepted), please go to the cashier window 7 and push the buzzer.

    Pharmacy

    Please receive your medication if you get a prescription printed on your receipt. Once your medication is ready, your number will be displayed on the monitor in front of the pharmacy. Please come to the pharmacy counter if your number shows up. Our pharmacist will explain about your medication.

Parking

Please use the parking lots located on the south side and the west side of the hospital building. Please see "Using a Parking Garage/Parking Lot" for more details.
